Job summary
Birch Healthcare Center is seeking an LNA to support residents and nursing staff during a night shift (11PM–7AM). You will provide daily personal care, assist with activities of daily living, help with mobility and transfers, and document care and intake while maintaining infection control standards.
The role offers a $21–$26/hour starting range with shift differentials and a full-time modified compensation option, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires.
Qualifications
- Experience providing daily personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
- Ability to safely lift, position, and transport residents.
- Experience with mealtime setup, feeding, and intake documentation.
- Experience recording fluid intake and nutritional supplements.
- Ability to monitor skin integrity and report changes promptly.
- Maintain accurate flow sheets and progress notes.
- Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal care and assist with activities of daily living.
- Support residents and nursing staff with mobility and transfers.
- Assist with meals, feeding, and documenting intake.
- Deliver nutritional supplements and track dietary intake.
- Weigh residents and report changes.
- Monitor skin conditions and report pressure areas or tears.
