Job summary

FUJIFILM Biosciences in California seeks a Liquid Packaging Technician for second shift (9pm–5:30am, Sun–Thu). You inspect and label products, package cases, and ensure quarantine of sterile filled products with strict adherence to SOPs and cGMP. Strong English communication and GMP understanding are essential.

Responsibilities include equipment setup, documentation, inventory accuracy, and staging of materials. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• English literacy and ability to read and write clearly.
• General education (High School) completion.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs equipment and area cleaning following current SOPs.
• Sets up labeling, packaging, and related equipment and ensures operation within SOP specifications.
• Maintains documentation and logs, and ensures inventory accuracy for components and supplies.
• Moves finished product into quarantine storage and prepares bottles, vials, and caps as needed.
• Follows cGMP and cGLP requirements and participates in line clearance and safety procedures.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by Lead or Supervisor.
