Job summary

FUJIFILM Biosciences in Santa Ana, California, is seeking a Liquid Packaging Technician responsible for product inspection, labeling, case packaging, and accountability and quarantine of sterile filled product. The position requires following cGMP and cGLP, performing equipment setup, off-torque testing, and maintaining accurate batch records and logs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Metric System.
• Ability to understand current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs equipment and area cleaning following current SOPs.
• Sets up crimping torquing, shrink-seal, labeling, packaging and other equipment as per SOPs.
• Maintains and documents batch records and logs.
• Ensures cGMP and cGLP compliance in all work areas.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and prepares materials for production.
