Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Dispatch experience preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced team.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute dispatch of transportation equipment per Linehaul plan.
• Enter dispatch events into the TMS to ensure on-time delivery.
• Verify equipment location and load status via yard checks.
• Support safety initiatives and report delays or incidents.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc management reports.
