Job summary

Revolution Sustainable Solutions, LLC in Oakdale, MN is seeking multiple Line Operators for a night shift with a premium. This entry-level role offers on-the-job training and exposure to automated manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities include assembling and packing rolls, monitoring quality, and assisting with line changeovers while ensuring safety and OSHA compliance. Compensation starts at $19/hour with benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in an industrial environment preferred.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Essential reading and writing skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Package rolls after indexing them from one core to another or maintain a machine that indexes the rolls automatically.
• Package all products according to customer specifications and the company's production standards.
• Be able to pack rolls, and observe rolls for splices and changes.
• Work with other packers to keep production lines running.
• Ensure correct counts, rolls of film, and supplies according to job specifications.
• Notify your lead or supervisor of production defects as they occur.
• Assist lead or supervisor in changeovers or putting up production line.
• Follow quality specifications when packing product.
• Maintain a safe and clean workplace.
• Sustain productivity and quality standards.
• Follow all OSHA requirements and standards.
