Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating an order picker forklift.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with WMS and Excel.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and items up to 225 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Raymond order picker forklift in a narrow, wire-guided warehouse to move inventory safely.
• Use RF scanners to pick, verify, and place inventory for orders and storage.
• Unload shipments, inspect for damage, and verify contents against orders.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Identify and manage inventory across documentation, labels, manifests and bills of lading.
• Follow SOPs and stay informed on process updates.
• Meet productivity targets while managing resources efficiently.
• Report inventory discrepancies using ICAR process and document properly.
