Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care in Alabama is seeking a Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a long-term care and post-acute setting. You will provide resident-centered nursing care, administer medications, and document health status in EMR.

You will mentor CNAs, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, support admissions and discharges, promote safety and dignity, and engage in ongoing training and professional growth within a mission-driven organization.
