You will perform routine and complex modalities, manage ventilator support, assist with bronchoscopies, and respond to code blue and rapid responses in a collaborative care environment.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate of Science in Respiratory Care, is an RRT, and has 1–2 years of experience, with BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP

Qualifications

• Associate of Science Degree in Respiratory Care required.
• RRT certification required.
• RCP license for NE or IA required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex modalities of respiratory care independently.
• Assist with ventilation and airway management.
• Respond to code blue and rapid responses.
• Document procedures in EMR and patient care plans.
• Supervise and mentor staff during shift.
• Coordinate with physicians and care team to ensure patient safety.
• Assist with bronchoscopies and nitric challenges as needed.
