McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations at our Arkansas location. You’ll supervise crew and fellow managers, uphold Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards, and help drive sales and guest satisfaction.

You’ll manage shifts, coach staff, monitor safety and profitability, schedule work, and support training. Previous restaurant leadership and a flexible, positive attitude are ideal for our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
• Flexibility with work hours and a positive team attitude required.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts.
• Maintain Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability while communicating with the next Shift Manager.
• Help target department goals during shifts and train staff.
