Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lead, coach, train, and manage a team.
• Willingness to help others.
• Vocational training in a hands-on manufacturing career preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience required.
• Experience with height gauges, drills, and other hand tools required.

Responsibilities

• Trains new employees and mentors skill development during the introductory period.
• Communicates information clearly to convey instructions and procedures.
• Operates carbide burr tools to remove excess material without harming parts.
• Blends various material types and creates radii by hand.
• Corrects machining errors by hand and inspects finished parts.
• Maintains essential equipment and keeps a safe, clean work area.
• Follows work instructions and safety guidelines; attends on-site regularly.
