Job summary

Hollywood Casino St. Louis is seeking a Lead Casino Cleaning Attendant to supervise cleaning and maintenance during night shifts. Pay is $18.00 per hour with a 10:00 pm–6:30 am schedule, and you will oversee department staff and training while maintaining high cleanliness standards.

The role requires 21+ years of age, a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior EVS experience. Strong communication and computer skills are preferred to support operations and inventory processes.

Qualifications

• Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience as cleaner in EVS or equivalent.
• Good communication skills.
• Computer applications skills.
• Good knowledge of cleaning procedures.
• Length of time in position to become proficient.
• Highly successful performance review.
• Physically mobile with ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs and perform duties in varying spaces.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all cleaning and maintenance operations and department personnel during assigned shifts.
• Supervise the cleaning, follow up of maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment.
• Contribute and assist in evaluating employee performance reviews.
• Provide and administer all new hire training.
• Maintain key control.
• Involved with scheduling, payroll and inventory, and purchasing procedures, while not solely responsible.
• Ensure department walk-throughs and special cleaning projects meet cleanliness standards.
