As our Night Shift Lead, you will guide the evening and overnight custodial and event crew team, organize priorities, and make sure spaces are clean, safe, and ready for their next use. This is a role for a dependable leader who communicates clearly, notices the details, and can make sound decisions when plans change.
HUB 757 hosts weddings, business meetings, seminars, social gatherings, and trade shows. Our facility is also home to a full-time day school and a nondenominational church. Your leadership will support smooth transitions between events, school activities, and church services.
This part-time role is expected to involve approximately 15 to 20 hours per week during evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Work takes place in a large facility serving events, a school, and church activities, with exposure to noise, cleaning products, and changing operational needs.
The role involves frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting, carrying supplies or equipment, and repetitive physical tasks. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Required protective equipment must be used as directed.
