Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Develops and maintains relations with vendors, stores and contractors.
• Oversees on-site staff and daily operations in data entry, customer service and delivery.
• Directs training, planning, assignment and performance guidance.
• Ensures accuracy in shipping and delivery processes.
• Maintains operating reports and customer service scores.
• Addresses complaints and resolves problems in a timely manner.
