Actus Nutrition in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin is seeking a Lactoferrin Operator to join our production team. The role focuses on running equipment in the lactoferrin production area and ensuring product quality.

Shift is Nights 6PM–6AM with every other weekend off. Pay is $24.00 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift premium. Candidates should be able to multitask, troubleshoot, sample and analyze, and maintain equipment.

Qualifications

• Must multitask across production processes.
• Able to troubleshoot and assist maintenance.
• Pull liquid samples and analyze to adjust operations.
• Monitor, plan, and track production runs.
• Report issues to supervisor promptly.

Responsibilities

• Run all equipment in the lactoferrin production area.
• Communicate with departmental operators to manage production schedules.
• Monitor, plan, and track incoming product for production runs.
• Check production samples and document parameters.
• Trace product lines and locations of transferred products.
• Maintain lactoferrin equipment to meet product specs.
• Monitor equipment for leaks, gaskets, airlines, pump seals and report issues.
• Operate all cleaning and production equipment in the lactoferrin plant.
• Keep the work area neat and clean.
