Job summary

Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking a Laboratory Technician for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Fort Worth, TX. The role requires hands-on laboratory experience and the ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment to perform routine chemical, physical, and microbiological testing.

The position supports process and quality control, complies with GLP and safety standards, and offers health benefits upon conversion to full-time employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 2–3 years of laboratory experience ideal.
• Experience with laboratory instrumentation and routine chemical testing.
• ERP experience, such as SAP, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical and chemical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Verify test results conform to specifications.
• Issue Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and ensure timely delivery of results.
• Maintain laboratory logs and data in databases.
• Follow GLP and safety procedures.
