Job summary

Vanderbilt University Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for Labor & Delivery in Clarksville, TN for full-time nights with an increased night differential. You will plan, organize and deliver patient care within the nursing scope, collaborating with other disciplines and adhering to hospital policies to achieve optimal outcomes.

The position offers a 36-hour week, night shifts from 6:45 PM to 6:45 AM, and exposure to a major health system with extensive benefits and growth

Responsibilities

• Collaborates in establishing the plan of care, coordinates and implements care delivery while anticipating patient care needs across the continuum.
• Analyzes comprehensive information pertinent to the patient's care and management to determine nursing diagnosis.
