Job summary

Vanderbilt Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 13-week Short-Term Assignment at Vanderbilt Clarksville Hospital in Clarksville, TN. The role focuses on labor and delivery with night shifts (6:45p–7:15a) and supports staffing across the organization within a 13-week structure, including potential weekends and holidays.

Minimum RN experience is required, with ED RN experience preferred. Licensure and certifications include BLS, ACLS, and PALS, enabling care delivery in a high-acuity unit.

Qualifications

• RN license required; graduate of an approved program (or equivalent).
• 1 year RN experience; ED RN experience preferred (2+ years).
• LCR: RN; BLS, ACLS, and PALS as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates in establishing plan of care and coordinates care delivery.
• Analyzes patient information to determine nursing diagnoses.
• Utilizes nursing process to evaluate progress and apply interventions.
• Promotes health and a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
