Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc seeks a Label Operator for our Seabrook, NJ facility. The role involves operating labelers on multiple lines, setting up production equipment, and maintaining strict quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include adjusting labelers, managing glue systems, and ensuring safe operation of all equipment. Requires attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a food processing setting.

Qualifications

• Six months experience in a manufacturing environment operating production equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a production machine per established procedures.
• Operate Can-Matic and Burt & Clowe labelers on respective lines.
• Set up and adjust labeler components and glue systems.
• Clear jams and retime machines; ensure proper label application.
• Operate Videojet coder data entry and scanning as needed.
• Maintain food safety and quality standards.
