Job summary

Inland Packaging in La Crosse, Wisconsin, is seeking a Night Shift Production Associate (Offline Jogger) to operate a labeling line, inspect prints for quality, and cross-train across the plant. The role includes teamwork to meet production goals and hands-on training in a fast-paced environment.

The starting wage is $19.00/hour plus $2.00/hour shift differential, with 12-hour shifts from 6:00pm to 6:00am. Comprehensive benefits are provided and compensation reviews occur every 6 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Willingness to utilize and learn new technology.
