Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking Laboratory Technicians in Chandler, AZ for full-time night shifts from 6:00pm to 6:00am. The role involves SEM/TEM instrument operation, TEM sample prep, and cross-department collaboration on modular fabrication tasks. Training during the day may accompany initial shifts.

Entry-level with room for growth in a dynamic lab environment. Key responsibilities include tool operation, wafer handling, metrology tasks, and safety-compliant LN2 handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (to be completed by employment start date).
• 1-3 years of work experience.
• Be able to work in a dynamic environment, adapted to fast-changing priorities.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Ability to interface with peers, engineers and other analytical groups.
• Detail oriented, procedural, deliver complete follow-through of instructions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide passdowns for HSD tool operation and load/unload procedures each shift.
• Load/unload wafers with TML tool operation.
• Perform lamella plucking and provide CD Metrology manually.
• Measure dimensions and report analysis results.
• Scrap wafers per procedure on monthly basis.
• Operate THM and HVT tools and perform metrology per engineers’ guidance.
• Fill LN2 to THM/HVT tools per shift; follow safety guidelines.
