Pace® Analytical Services in Westborough, MA is seeking a dependable Lab Assistant to support our environmental testing laboratory. This entry-level role requires no prior lab experience; we will provide training. The position supports daily operations by washing, drying, organizing, and returning glassware.

Shifts are Saturday to Wednesday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a starting pay of $17 per hour. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, 401(k), paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior laboratory experience required; training provided.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean laboratory glassware according to procedures.
• Dry, organize, and return glassware to proper locations.
• Transport glassware between laboratory areas.
• Keep washing and storage areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Dispose of broken glassware per safety procedures.
• Monitor and restock lab supplies and materials.
• Maintain general cleanliness and organization of the lab.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Assist laboratory staff with basic support activities.
• Complete simple documentation or data entry.
