Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership experience (preferred).
• 3+ years of clinical laboratory experience (required).
• Florida clinical laboratory supervisor license (required).

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in laboratory performance improvement activities.
• Manage quality assessment, technical oversight, and staff training.
