Gopher Resource is seeking a Lab Analyst to collect and analyze samples throughout the production process, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards are met. The role supports Shift Supervisors by troubleshooting lab instruments and communicating results for timely decisions.

The position runs 4pm–4am on a rotating 2/2/3/2 schedule, with starting pay at $32.31/hr plus $1.00/hr night differential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of lab or equivalent production operation experience.
• Ability to read and write with average math skills.
• Willingness to wear PPE in hot environments.

Responsabilités

• Monitor processes to identify and resolve issues quickly.
• Test and analyze samples for sulfur content.
• Collect and analyze slag and process samples for TCLP analysis.
• Perform laboratory analyses with ICP-OES and related instruments.
• Calibrate and check analytical instruments and probes.
• Train staff on production, safety, and quality topics.
• Support safety and environmental compliance.
