Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specialized in Labor and Delivery for a 13-week contract. You will provide high-quality care to laboring patients, manage antepartum and delivery processes, and float to Post-Partum/NICU as needed.

The role includes night shifts (4x12) with responsibilities spanning circulating in L&D, performing procedures, attending deliveries, and collaborating with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Active compact RN license.
• BLS, FHM, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate certifications required; ACLS preferred.
• Epic experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Circulate in labor and delivery, OB-GYN, post-operative and pre-operative care.
• Administer special procedures including blood/blood products and medications.
• Attend all deliveries and manage high-risk deliveries effectively.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and families during labor and delivery.
• Float to Post-Partum and NICU based on skill set.
