Qualifications

• Must be able to climb ladders to rooftop access.
• Able to lift and carry 50 lbs over 100 feet.
• Stand for up to 10 hours.
• Detail-oriented and able to work quickly.

Responsibilities

• Power wash kitchen exhaust systems including hoods, ductwork, filters, and fans.
• Set up and take down job sites and equipment efficiently.
• Work independently without direct supervision.
• Maintain and manage equipment; report discrepancies.
• Contribute to safe, fire-safe kitchen practices.
