Kitchen Guard of East Alabama is seeking a Night Shift Kitchen Cleaning Technician to support our Auburn operations, cleaning and maintaining commercial kitchen exhaust systems.

You will power wash hoods and ductwork, set up sites safely, work independently, and help keep equipment in top condition while meeting safety standards. Evening hours, physical work, and a strong eye for detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding cleaning tasks.
• Able to climb ladders and work safely at heights.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Power washing kitchen exhaust systems, covering hoods, ductwork, filters, and exhaust fans.
• Efficient setup and takedown of job sites and equipment.
• Performing tasks independently without direct supervision.
• Maintain and manage equipment, and report any discrepancies.
