Job summary
CyberCoders is seeking a Journeyman Electrician for our Memphis manufacturing team. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and production equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation and production continuity.You will read schematics and wiring diagrams, work with control systems and PLCs, perform preventive maintenance and coordinate with engineering for upgrades, while following NFPA 70E and lockout/tagout procedures.
Qualifications
Journeyman license required; 3+ years in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of AC/DC circuits, motors, and 480V distribution.
Experience reading schematics and wiring diagrams.
Familiar with NFPA 70E and lockout/tagout procedures.
Responsibilities
Install, maintain and repair electrical systems in a manufacturing environment.
Troubleshoot faults with test equipment and schematics to minimize downtime.
Read electrical drawings, PLC ladder logic, and manuals for installs.
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to meet safety standards.
Collaborate with engineering to upgrade equipment and support new products.
Maintain CMMS records and parts inventory.
Adhere to lockout/tagout and NFPA 70E policies.
Coach apprentices and document repairs.
