Job summary

RBM Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable Janitor/Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in Salt Lake City. This part-time role runs Tue, Thu, and Sat from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM, with pay at $14.50 per hour.

Responsibilities include cleaning offices, restrooms, floors and fixtures, emptying trash, restocking supplies, and following health and safety policies. The ideal candidate works independently, pays attention to detail, and demonstrates reliability.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to safely lift and move cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical cleaning duties for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, common areas, floors, and other assigned areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and clean surfaces and fixtures.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and properly dispose of waste.
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Clean windows, mirrors, doors, and other glass surfaces.
• Perform routine cleaning and disinfecting of high-touch areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely and according to instructions.
• Follow all company health, safety, and sanitation policies.
• Perform other cleaning and related duties as assigned.
