Job summary

Compass Group USA's ESFM division in San Dimas is seeking a full-time janitor. Keeps buildings clean and orderly, performing heavy cleaning duties and maintaining a safe environment per infection control plans. Must have at least 1 year of experience and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.

Schedule is Sunday-Thursday with multiple shift options (4:00 pm–12:30 am or 5:00 pm–1:30 am). Eligible associates receive a comprehensive benefits package as part of our team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of cleaning experience required.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly.
• Performs heavy cleaning duties (floors, rugs, walls, glass).
• Disposes of trash following procedures and infection control plans.
• Cleans assigned areas using proper materials and equipment.
• Supports infection control and sanitation standards.
• Contributes to a positive team environment.
