Lakeshirts is seeking a part-time, onsite Warehouse Associate in Detroit Lakes, MN. You will perform night-shift tasks including pulling orders, inventory checks, and garment delivery to production. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and teamwork to keep orders moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Ability to read order forms and count accurately.
• Able to stand 8–10 hours per day.
• Able to lift and move 30–50 lbs.
• Work well independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Pull garment orders accurately for production using provided information.
• Verify garment, color and size by weighing and counting pulled products.
• Pad print garments and support cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain clear aisles, clean work areas, and organized racks in the warehouse.
• Follow 6S standards: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety.
• Deliver needed garments to production on a rotating schedule.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and other inventory duties as assigned.
