The Restaurant Store is seeking an Operations Associate to support the Overnight Operations Manager with daily material handling in a retail branch in Lancaster, PA. You will receive, stock, and present products to align with sales, merchandising, and inventory goals.

Responsibilities include efficient receiving, organizing shelves, communicating with management, rotating stock (FIFO), and maintaining store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in retail or supply chain management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and put away stock efficiently using appropriate equipment.
• Keep shelves neat and organized with daily restocking.
• Coordinate with Overnight Operations Manager to stock products in correct locations.
• Address operational issues promptly with management guidance.
• Rotate stock (FIFO) and remove damaged/expired items.
• Support location operations and align with business goals as directed.
