Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of related inventory experience.
• Strong PC skills, including Excel and Word.
• Experience operating inventory control systems and related software.
• Ability to drive forklifts and obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log, quality check, store, and distribute deliveries from the loading bay.
• Maintain organized inventory and rotate stock by date.
• Record stock movements and material issues in inventory systems.
• Monitor stock levels and place timely orders; follow up on POs.
• Analyze inventory reports and suggest process improvements.
• Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and finance to resolve issues.
• Prepare intercompany shipments and provide required shipment details.
• Complete cycle counts and daily/weekly reporting.
