Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring for Temporary to Full Time Warehouse Problem Solver/ Inventory Clerks in Greencastle, PA. The role offers weekly pay with a $1.00 per hour premium on the third shift for a Sunday-Wednesday 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM schedule.

Assist with inventory, audits, and floor support in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year warehouse and forklift experience, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred.
• 1+ year forklift experience preferred.
• 1+ year Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) preferred.
• Location-based certification may be required.
• Ability to read location, date and product codes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented and adaptable; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Conduct audits of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Participate in physical inventories as necessary.
• Provide floor support to Operation Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain GMPs with emphasis on safety.
• Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
