Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years electrical and mechanical training for an industrial environment.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend equipment manuals and safety regulations.
• Good trouble-shooting skills for electrical/electronic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all process control systems and calibrate critical control equipment; document findings.
• Backup SCADA, wastewater, PLC, VFD systems; evaluate PLC equipment.
• Program and integrate PLC and automation systems.
• Train maintenance personnel on PLC and electronic equipment.
• Order Allen-Bradley parts; set up preventive maintenance for PLC systems.
• Collaborate with contractors on electrical/electronic installations.
• Provide technical expertise on project teams and monitor production equipment.
• Complete calibration, status reports and diagnose machinery malfunctions.
• Perform electrical repairs and maintain logs and records.
• Comply with GMP, Safety and Integrated Management System policies.
• Monitor instrumentation inventory and operate forklift; complete paperwork.
