MS Companies is seeking an Inspector / Packer for 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) in Crestline, OH. The role features a 3 on / 4 off rotation with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour and a $100 referral bonus.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity aimed at placing reliable workers on a direct-hire track. Responsibilities include packing finished parts, reading work orders, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to read and follow work instructions.
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to use hand tools.

Responsibilities

• You pack finished parts for shipment.
• You sort and assemble parts with hand tools and fixtures.
• You move materials and inventory around the site.
• You read work instructions and customer orders.
• You follow the production specifications exactly.
• You talk to your supervisor and your team.
• You keep your work area clean and safe.
• You arrive on time for every shift.
• You follow all safety rules and client rules.
• You work fast and stay accurate.
