RRD is seeking a 3rd shift machine operator in Charlotte, NC to insert printed matter into folders or envelopes, set up and adjust equipment, and oversee operations. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, plus 3+ years of equipment operation experience.

Candidates must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. RRD offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Must have High School Diploma or GED and at least 1+years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, repetitive hand motion required and able to lift / push up to 50lbs.
• Requires excellent knowledge of standard set ups, adjustments and operating characteristics of the equipment and skill to perform standard adjustments and operate the equipment.
• Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment according to the individual job requirements, operating characteristics, and capabilities of the equipment.
• 3+ years of equipment operation experience.
