UW Health Rehab Hospital is seeking experienced Inpatient Rehabilitation RNs or LPNs for a 13-week contract in Madison, Wisconsin. The role focuses on high-acuity rehabilitation care for adults, with a 12-hour shift pattern and alternating weekend/holiday coverage.

The position requires Epic experience, active RN or LPN licensure, and BLS certification, with preferred rehab or Med Surg background. Benefits and local rates are offered through ARMStaffing.

Qualificações

• Minimum 13 weeks of Epic experience required.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience in skilled nursing or 24/7 skilled care preferred.
• Inpatient rehab or Med Surg experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care to adults with high acuity rehabilitation needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care plans.
• Administer medications and ensure patient safety.
• Monitor progress and communicate changes to the care team.
• Assist nursing staff and respond to call lights.
