Job summary

Baptist Health in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking an experienced Licensed Mental Health Evaluator for a full-time night shift in the Inpatient Behavioral Health Service Line. You will assess patients’ psychological well-being during acute episodes and collaborate with psychiatry to reach dispositions for admission or discharge.

Responsibilities include psychosocial and suicide assessments, weekend pediatric trauma screenings, and daily use of Epic, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Teledoc in a hospital

Qualifications

Florida LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT required*.
Masters of Science (MS) required.
CPI, BLS training required.
Licensed clinical credentials as listed are required.
Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Evaluate behavioral health patients in the ED or inpatient settings.
Collaborate with psychiatry to determine admission or discharge dispositions.
Complete psychosocial and suicide assessments in person or via telehealth.
Perform maternal mental health consults and pediatric trauma screenings on weekends.
Use Epic, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Teledoc in daily workflow.
