Job summary

Baptist Health in Montgomery, AL seeks an Echo Technologist - Inpatient to operate the Echocardiography Lab and support the Stress Lab, performing cardiac and neonate cranial studies and preparing data for physician interpretation.

Requires ARDMS RDCS or CCI, BLS; education as high school graduate or graduate of Diagnostic Ultrasound; strong communication and independent judgment are essential for timely patient care and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a School of Diagnostic Ultrasound preferred.
• Active ARDMS Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer certification or CCI Registered Cardiac Sonographer required, BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Echocardiography Lab and support Stress Lab.
• Perform cardiac and neonate cranial studies and prepare data for physician interpretation and reporting.
• Handle clerical functions associated with data preparation for the medical record.
• May have additional duties assigned within the scope of the role.
