Team 1 Plastics in Albion, Michigan, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensure safety, quality, and on-time performance. You will oversee production staff, coordinate workflow, and drive continuous improvement in a high-automation, 24/7 environment.

You will manage staffing, troubleshoot issues, maintain documentation of productivity and quality, and partner with the team to develop skills. Schedule is Wed–Fri and every other Sat, 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.

• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and written.
• Willingness to complete training and higher-education courses.

About the role

The Production Supervisor plays a critical role in leading daily manufacturing operations and ensuring production goals are achieved safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This position oversees production employees, coordinates workflow, monitors quality standards, supports training and development, and helps maintain a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities include managing staffing needs, troubleshooting production issues, ensuring compliance with safety and company procedures, and working closely with the production team to keep operations running smoothly. Schedule

The schedule for this position is Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
