Job summary

Piller Aimmco is seeking a Process Technician for our overnight shift (7:30pm-7:45am) to help keep our precision plastic injection molding operation running smoothly and efficiently. You will set up and run machines, troubleshoot, monitor parameters, document changes, and collaborate with quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to drive safety and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have 1 year as a process technician and 3–5 years in injection molding, with experience in mold setup,

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience as a Process Technician
• 3–5 years total experience in injection molding
• Experience with mold setup and troubleshooting
• Experience operating automated systems and data-driven problem solving
• Strong safety mindset and willingness to mentor others

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot injection molding machines and automation systems.
• Ensure molded parts meet quality and performance standards.
• Monitor and adjust process parameters for peak efficiency.
• Document setups, changes, and improvements for reference.
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Lead by example, mentor operators, promote safety, and drive continuous improvement.
