Job summary

Altium Packaging in York, PA is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and blow mold equipment. The role requires adherence to GMP and safety standards within a manufacturing environment.

The technician will install, adjust, and repair blow mold, trimmers, palletizers and related equipment, perform mold changes, inspect hoses and valves, and conduct preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills.

• Basic knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery.
• Install, adjust and repair blow mold, trimmers, palletizer and other related equipment.
• Inspect and replace pneumatic and hydraulic hoses.
• Inspect, rebuild and replace valves and pumps.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all related equipment.
• Maintain machines in optimal processing condition.
• Weld, fabricate, and repair various machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair blow mold, baggers & support equipment.
