Job summary

Infra Pipes, a long-standing leader in engineered polyethylene systems, seeks a Maintenance Technician for our Springfield, MO facility. The role covers installation, upkeep, and repair of mechanical systems to ensure safe and efficient production, with emphasis on line changeovers and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates hold a GED or high school diploma, have 5+ years of hands-on maintenance, and can read mechanical drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
• Demonstrated mechanical repair and plumbing experience.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Overtime and on-call availability as required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery and supporting equipment.
• Communicate issues with operators and supervisors to diagnose and resolve.
• Install new equipment and components per specifications.
• Assemble, install, and maintain gears, shafts, seals, and bearings.
• Assist with motors, transformers, wiring, and electrical components.
• Assemble, install, and maintain plumbing systems for water, gas, hydraulic, and pneumatic applications.
• Perform regular line changeovers and equipment adjustments.
• Repair and maintain facility infrastructure.
• Perform preventive maintenance per established programs.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and keep work areas safe.
