Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure food safety.
• Report any food safety deviations to supervisor.
• Starts, greases and monitors production machines.
• Repairs, modifies and maintains plant equipment.
• Reads and follows verbal or written lists.
• Follows HACCP principles and company policies.
• Assist in after hours repairs as needed.
