Job summary

Bolder Industries Maryville, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for night shifts to support production operations. You will respond to repair requests, troubleshoot, and perform PMs across the plant, including reactor turnarounds and large projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance preferred.
• 2+ years in industrial maintenance (manufacturing, chemical processing, or recycling); pyrolysis experience a plus.
• Essential: Building, plumbing, electrical repairs; 480V wiring; Mig/Arc welding; fabrication.
• Preferred: Controls troubleshooting experience.
• Strong reading of schematics and blueprints; hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Safe, independent work style with teamwork.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, PPE provided, forklift cert required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to repair requests to keep equipment running smoothly and producing quality products.
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment as necessary.
• Log all spare parts used during the shift by maintenance.
• Work with maintenance supervisor on larger projects and tasks.
• Perform PMs and inspections assigned by Maintenance Manager.
• Complete work orders prioritized by Maintenance Manager if time allows.
• Assist with reactor turnarounds.
• Work in all areas of the plant including shredding, pyro, finishing and facilities.
• Document PMS, work order completion and other tasks completed.
• Clean up tools and areas where work was completed.
