Job summary

6AM City, LLC is seeking a Night Shift Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a manufacturing setting at Mountain Top, PA. The role involves 12‑hour shifts on a 4x2 rotating schedule with every other weekend, focusing on reliability and safety.

Responsibilities include diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and interpreting blueprints and diagrams to ensure equipment operates at optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Industrial electrical experience including PLC troubleshooting.
• Experience with 480V systems and 3‑phase motors in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and PM experience.
• Proficient in using basic hand tools and measuring devices.
• Commitment to plant safety and compliance with procedures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and auxiliary equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery to keep performance optimal.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and implement fixes.
• Dismantle, inspect, and test components; calibrate during maintenance tasks.
• Read blueprints and electrical diagrams to support repairs and improvements.
• Work with 480V systems, 3‑phase motors, VFDs, drives, and control panels.
• Document maintenance activities and communicate status to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to support lean processes and reliability.
