Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Technical degree or trade certification OR 2+ years related experience.
• Fundamental understanding of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Willingness to develop required technical skills.
• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance/Technology preferred.
• Technical/Trade certification in welding, fabrication and blueprint interpretation.
• Advanced understanding of AC/DC electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.
• PLC/instrumentation troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Capable of troubleshooting, repairing and overhauling equipment within close tolerances.
• Perform routine electrical and mechanical problem-solving on process & packaging equipment.
• Perform Preventative Maintenance (PMs) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) on Process & Packaging Equipment with minimal guidance.
• Support Operations in equipment setup, changeover and training of operators in Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities.
• Document Work Orders using SAP-PPM Plant Maintenance.
• Demonstrate TPM Theory and participate in Pillar Teams; train technicians/operators in AM activities.
• Understand and adhere to LOTO Procedures, Confined Space Procedures and GMP requirements.
