Job summary

International is seeking a System Maintenance Technician at the Tulsa IC Bus Plant to maintain production equipment, perform repairs, and install new systems. The role requires diagnosing failures at system and component levels and coordinating with team leaders for scheduled maintenance.

The position offers a Monday–Thursday shift (3:00 PM–1:30 AM) with overtime; pay is $27.76/hour plus a $1 shift differential, with a safety‑minded culture and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in maintenance related field.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; we do not sponsor visas for this position.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and offer solutions on all industrial systems.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance
• Ability to work efficiently and with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production equipment, perform repairs, and install new equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair pumps, air motors, welders, fluid power systems, gear drives, heavy machinery and controls.
• Troubleshoot and work on forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Apply mechanical/electrical skills to solve production problems daily.
• Rebuild equipment per written and oral instructions.
• Work with maintenance to resolve open issues and perform scheduled maintenance.
