Job summary

Sheridan Brimfield, an industry leader in print manufacturing, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for night shift. You will keep production lines running across catalogs, commercial print, and educational materials while benefiting from paid training, cross-training, and clear advancement opportunities.

Expect a night shift with a 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. schedule, a pay range of $25–$30 per hour plus shift differential, and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years maintaining and installing industrial equipment (electrical & mechanical).
• Hands-on experience with high-voltage systems and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings and follow lockout/tagout safety.
• Proven self-starter who works well on a team and follows instructions.
• Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues on production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and ladder logic to isolate faults.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance using tools and test equipment.
• Collaborate with production to prioritize work orders and support changeovers.
• Document maintenance activities and recommend reliability improvements.
