Job summary

Sheridan Brimfield is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician for the night shift to keep operation-critical production lines running across catalogs, commercial print, and educational materials. You will grow your skills with paid training, cross-training across electrical and mechanical systems, pneumatics/hydraulics, and exposure to PLCs, plus clear advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and responsible.
• Must work well with others.
• Must be flexible and open to change when needed.
• Must have the ability to follow instructions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work 10–12 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Remove product bundles safely off Press using lift system.
• Properly stack skids in correct order.
• Participate in Make Ready (M/R) and hang plates.
• Check pagination and other quality checks once press is running.
• Help with Press wash up during change over.
• Demonstrate consistency in safety procedures including bending and lifting techniques.
